Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Healthcare , Consumer Goods and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 2.74%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE: NOVOb ), which rose 4.75% or 28.30 points to trade at 623.60 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE: ISS ) added 3.54% or 5.80 points to end at 169.50 and Pandora A/S (CSE: PNDORA ) was up 3.07% or 38.00 points to 1,277.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ZELA ), which fell 5.31% or 40.00 points to trade at 714.00 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE: AMBUb ) declined 1.41% or 2.00 points to end at 139.70 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE: MAERSKb ) was down 1.08% or 135.00 points to 12,350.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 81 to 51 and 21 ended unchanged.

Shares in ISS A/S (CSE: ISS ) rose to 5-year highs; up 3.54% or 5.80 to 169.50.

Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.12% or 1.54 to $70.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 2.00% or 1.53 to hit $74.95 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 4.50 to trade at $2,951.60 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.46% to 7.13, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.28% at 106.57.
